Post-Abortion Checklist

  • Do you struggle to stop thinking about your abortion?
  • Do you quickly change the subject when abortion comes up in conversation?
  • Do you find it difficult to forgive yourself?
  • Do you actively avoid pregnant women, baby showers, etc.?
  • Do you become uncomfortable when reminded of your abortion?
  • Do children make you uncomfortable?
  • Have you engaged in more self-destructive behavior since your abortion?
  • Have you experienced depression related to your abortion?
  • Would you be interested in a program that helps women deal with their post-abortion thoughts?
